Single Address Use
This service package is only valid for the address provided at the time of purchase. Each purchase is limited to one specific address and cannot be transferred to other locations or addresses.

Contract Duration
The service contract is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. All services included in the package must be utilized within this one-year period. After the expiration of the contract, any unused services will be forfeited without refund or extension.

Included Services

General Services: The package includes two (2) trips, each trip general air conditioning services four (4) wall mounted units.

Service Scheduling
The customer is responsible for booking the date and time for each service within the contract period. We have 4 slot per day. 9AM; 11AM; 1PM; 3PM

Appointment Timing

Customers must ensure they are available at the scheduled appointment time.

If the customer is more than fifteen (15) minutes late to the scheduled appointment time, the service will be considered as attended and completed by the company.

It is the customer's responsibility to reschedule or cancel appointments in advance if needed.

Forfeiture of Unused Services
Any services not used by the end of the one-year contract period will be forfeited. No refunds, rollovers, or extensions will be provided for unused services.

Modifications and Amendments
These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the company. Any modifications will be communicated to the customer in writing or via email.

Limitation of Liability
The company is not responsible for any damage or issues arising from misuse, improper maintenance, or external factors not covered under the general and bio-services.

Termination
The company reserves the right to terminate the contract early in cases of misuse, non-compliance with scheduling, or failure to provide access to the service address.
